Business Leadership and Management Books have intrigued me for the entirety of my managerial career. I found the stories of consultants like Peter Drucker and John Adair fascinating, when they detailed the development of various large corporations and examined what made them succeed or fail. As my career progressed, I realised very quickly that reading would be a key to my success and to my personal development. I’m certain that my own personal studies have helped me tremendously in my dealings with staff and customers and in managing my own attitudes and mindset. Reading these books has helped me to become an author in my own right; to be a more effective presenter and to be a far better business coach and life coach and strategist. The biographies and mindset books have also inspired me greatly and given me many ‘Aha moments’ where I can make changes and improvements in my own businesses.
